Default 2016 IS300 steering wheel help!

Hey so, sorry if this isnt the right place to post, but i just need some input please and im not trying to be a big baby or complain just a heads up lol. My steering wheel seems pretty heavy to turn while im on the highway! I have thin wrists and small hands lol, my wrist gets sore driving on the highway because the steering wheel feels heavy! I cant seem to find a comfortable position on the steering wheel for prolonged periods of time. Is there anything i can do to make the steering wheel lighter? Its my 1st Lexus, ive only had subarus before and their steering wheels were super easy to turn and ive never had this comfort issue until my lexus): i miss having the hole in the wheel to grip at 6 o'clock but thats not really a deal breaker for me. My fluids are all good so its not like im out of power steering fluid or anything. Ive tilted the wheel up, ive tilted it down, in & out and i just cant get comfortable):

Depending on how you categorize heavy steering wheel, you may need to bring it to Lexus and see if they find your steering wheel heavy. There is something wrong with it if you find it pretty heavy to turn.

I’m not a gear head, but.....

To my knowledge I assume that steering on the 2016 is electronic,
so you are not feeling any mechanical resistance.
Again, I am not an expert.

In the Sport mode, the steering feel is tighter.
Are you in the Sport mode on the highway?

As mentioned, you should have the dealer check it out.

What's your tire pressure at cold start and then after warming up when driving around? Might be a placebo for me but I find it "lighter" when my tires are above 36 psi, once they reach below that threshold. I feel that the steering wheel gets a little "heavy" but I also have the RCF/GSF LCA bushings installed and I do notice it makes the steering wheel tighter which I prefer.

Ask try take an IS on the lot similar model and year and see if it feels any different and ask the dealer to do the same to see if they notice the difference. They should be able to help troubleshoot the issue under warranty.

2015 350 AWD F-Sport with upgraded RCF/GSF lower control arm bushings.
steering has a heavy feel but by no means hard to move. Check tire pressure like last poster suggested make sure you are 36-37 psi cold, if it’s so hard it’s causing you pain in your wrist I’d go to dealer that’s not normal.
