Default Bluetooth issues (yay)

I have a 2020 Lexus is300 (do not have nav)

when I tried to set up Bluetooth, there appears to be an existing phone device. It does not let me remove it (greyed out) and it does not let me add a new device. What am I doing wrong? See pic below. Sorry if this is a rookie question.

It looks like you can’t disconnect because the device isn’t connected in the first place. If you want to remove the device from the list, I believe there is a separate menu if you go back one page and go to the left menu view. I might not be remembering correctly how to get to the menu I’m referring to, but should be able to add/remove devices in that menu page.

Worse case if you can't find the menu to delete the device, just do a Factory Reset on the unit (also found within one of the menus).
That will put everything back to stock and just start from scratch.
