I have a 2015 IS 250 AWD Sport Package, with the 18 inch tires, and I am unfortunately going through the premature tires wearing out. From your experience, what would be the best brand to get for all season tires for this car?
I'd take a look at getting GSF/RCF front lower control arm bushings installed before replacing your tires, I had a set swapped in about a year ago and I'm not seeing any indication of front inner tire wear on the Bridgestone RE980 AS on my car. I've been running this set since I picked the car up last March.

you can upgrade the lower control arm bushings to the GSF/RCF ones, this will stiffen up steering as well as reduce tire wear...it was first thing i did when I got my IS...parts are around $200 and it’s about a 30 min job to install so labor should only cost around $50.
