The stock emblem would be a good idea. The classiest one too.

I suppose if you want to keep the dark theme, you can tint it.

Also i'd remove the rack from the top, particularly since you're not using it. Not a good look. Also bad for fuel economy and noise.

Agreed.

Not sure if you actually live in FL, or if you actually use that as a ski rack, <edited>

@beeftits It's not fair to make that comparison (with car insult, to boot) for a single photo of their car with a ski rack.

I would suggest reading this if you haven't already: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-is-forum.html

Agreed, let’s not make rude assumptions. OP is in Florida and it’s a Yakima SupDawg mount for surf or paddleboards.

I do agree on a darkened OEM grill emblem.

Really? I am in a land-locked state, didn't realize that's what it's for.

Darkened emblem for the win. Something like this would fit right in on your build.

Yes it's a supdawg, I like to go surfing once in a while. It's a pain in the *** to take it off and put it back on, and too convenient not to carry my board.

I went ahead with this emblem. Waiting for it to arrive, thought maybe there was a nicer emblem someone knew about that would look good.

Where'd you get the emblem from?

I'm late to the party, but just throwing it out there...any orange emblem.
Meaning the backing is black and the "L" and circle are orange...like the plate and calipers.
Given the license plate is black and orange, and the wheel well is black and orange (rims and calipers), why not the front emblem?

I know, right away I thought that would look weird too, but just think about it for a sec and let it soak in.

I thought of that too, thought might be too bright but I am looking into it.
I want to thread the posts and use a plastic nut so i can change the emblem later if i feel like changing it.

I think the black one you got is the best available. But RR racing i think it was has custom colored and definitely thought that was what you were going to go with lol. A black and orange one that is. Considering the setup now, it would blend nicely

I actually just finished installing the RR Racing carbon emblem. Extremely well built but doesn't come with glue/adhesive. It looks nice, imo, If you have a carbon build.

I drilled the posts and used a hitch pin to secure it against the grill so later if I feel like changing it to a different one or back to stock when i trade it in.
