How to take off whole mirror??

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone has taken this whole mirror portion off? Im guessing i take it off from removing inner door panel?

If you remove inner door panel there is 3 nuts to undo, unplug wiring harness and whole mirror assembly can be removed
