Lightbulb Wheel Fitment

In the market for new wheels and still learning about fitment.... I want to keep the staggered set up, and was wondering if these would fit flush. I believe the stock fsport wheels are: F 18x8 et45 R 18x8.5 et50. VMR only sells 18x8.5+ so I’m not sure what the exact offset would be if the front would be 18x8.5. Can someone please clarify? having trouble understanding 😔

The "Et" is the offset.

From your pics the wheels are:
F: 18x8.5 +30
R: 18x9.5 +40

That fitment will be flush...the front more so than the rear.
You can go with the stock tire sizes F:225/40/18 and R:255/35/18.
Or if you wanted to up the sizes F:235/40/18 R:265/35/18
