Radio reboot instructions
I changed out my battery and now radio is completely dead. I can't find anything in owners manual. I assume this is a security measure. Is there a code or steps to get it back on?
Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately the radio has no security measures or code to make it work.
Maybe you can explain specifically what the issue is.
Does the radio play music, just you can't see anything on the multi display?
Or the radio does not function at all? No back lights or sound or anything?
If the radio is completely dead, then check the fuses to make sure none are blown.
As a last possible solution without specifics, try disconnecting the battery for minimum 10 minutes and reconnecting it.

found this in a different thread, have no idea if it applies to you/will work but u could try...
Here is how to reboot the navigation/display screen:
1. Remove the battery terminals for positive and negative
2. Leave the battery unplugged for 30 minutes to an hour (may actually require less time but this is how long we waited)
3. Press the Start button once to turn on the accessory/battery mode (DO NOT HAVE YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND START THE CAR). *If you start the car the screen will still remain black and you will have to start over
4. Press the PWR/VOL button to turn on the Radio
5. The display screen will light up and show a progress bar showing it is loading the information from the SIM card. Once this completes the system will reboot and the display will light up as normal.
Good Luck

I tried unhooking battery cables for 45 min and followed directions but no luck. Didn't want to take it to dealer but am running out of options.
