I just bought a brand new is350 f sport. The seats have something different. I will post a picture and need some advise on wether it is normal or a manufacturer fault.
Here is a Part Dept visual of the seat structure, note the foam cushion has the holes as shown in your upholstery.
Since they are so uniform in size and depth it seems clear that it is not "normal wear and tear" by sitting on it.
Is the passenger seat affected to the same extent? Could an open sunroof allowed rain to soak the seats?
