I know the front is 225 rear is 255 but what would be the best square set up to rotate tires & least effect on speedo? Would it be 235 or 245? I would assume 235
I think the first question is how are you getting from OEM staggered wheels to an OEM wheel square tire setup?
Since the rims are wider in the rear, even with the same size tires on all 4 rims, it's still not recommended to rotate them...I wouldn't recommend the same size tires on different size rims either.
Physically it can be done, but I definitely won't recommend it.
Do you want to get a set of front rims for the rear, or rear rims for the front?
Edit: I just noticed you had OEM wheels in the title , anyways, I'll still leave the info below if you decide in the future to get equal size wheels to do tire rotations. You're not going to be able to do tire rotations on OEM staggered wheels.

What you are asking is a bit more complicated than that.
Are you running aftermarket wheels that are the same size? Because the OEM wheels are staggered (Depending on what models your car is, your OEM wheel are either 17" or 18", lets assume 18") 18x8 in the front, and 18x8.5 in the rear. You cannot rotate a staggered setup.
If you have wheels of the same size on all 4 corners then you can buy tires of the same size and do rotations.
So lets assume you have aftermarket wheels, non-staggered, and are 18x8.5, the best square setup for tires would be 255/35/18
The 225/255 numbers are referring to the width of the tire, the next number refers to the aspect ratio (basically how tall the sidewall is), so both the size of wheel and aspect ratio need to be considered if you are aiming to have the speedo and odo least affected, what you are really concerned with is the total diameter of the mounted tire compared to the OEM, which on a OEM rear 255/35/18 tire is 25"

To rotate on unequal-width wheels, wouldn't you have to take the tires off and then remount them every season? I shudder at that idea.
+1 to the idea of getting the same size wheels all around.
