2015 is 250 MAF sensor
If you know what you’re doing and handle the sensor carefully and ONLY use actual MAF sensor cleaner then by all means. MAF sensors do get crud on them over time and it can affect the performance of them. They are also fairly inexpensive though so if cleaning them doesn’t do the trick (assuming you’re having issues) then replace it. I wouldn’t really clean it unless you’re noticing issues or something though. They are sensitive electronics.
Not a bad idea. I used to clean mine every once in a while on previous cars. Just while I was in there doing other things like a preventive maintenance procedure. Never had an issue.
However I cut that out. Like Flash said above (I think) not much of a point unless you find an actual need to do so.
If you do, use the MAF cleaner and follow directions. I put on a clean pair of nitrile gloves before and give it a min to dry. Waiting to dry a bit before install may be useless but I've put it right back in wet before and got a little funny business when starting back up.
May as well clean entire intake while your at it.

Yup. All Toyota/Lexus vehicles use mostly Denso parts and that’s what your MAF sensor should be.
if your hands grow from the right places (not from the ****), and if you use only MAF specific cleaner, and if you never touch the inside of the MAF sensor with anything other than the stream of cleaning fluid, sure. You can also clean a throttle body flap while you are at it. I recently got about 1-2 mpg back by doing it.
