This option was a cutting point for me in 2007. I distinctly remember my advisor saying “you know the base sound system is really good enough” That’s a pet peeve of mine, someone telling me what I want. So I kept waiting and telling them when one comes in let me know. They never called. I must have went in about 3 or 4 times and each time there were no 350’s w ML.
The last time I went in I was all set to just special order the car and the advisor said let me check one more time at the cars coming in and they found one set to hit the port of Jax and they tagged the system to have it delivered to JM Lexus. I was in the right place at the right time. It had the luxury package Nav w ML, button for electric steering wheel adjustment and rear window shade, memory seats w lumbar. It had everything I wanted even ext/int color.
I say all this because it was an exhausting search trying to find what I wanted. All of the marketing brochures and web showings of the car always had ML on the 350 but in reality it was an option not available in FL. I also remember someone else telling me that ML and the Luxury pkg were not options allocated to the FL region. Crazy!! Let’s hope things change for 2021.

The memory seats were shown in earlier production shots as the buttons along the driver-side door handle. I played on Lexus Canada's website, and it's definitely an option. Very bizarre how the U.S. market didn't get this. On a luxury car. But then again, the Canadian market has received some cool stuff that the U.S. just still does not, and I don't know why. Memory seats wouldn't be a deal breaker for me since I am the sole driver of my car, but I can definitely see a frustration with families or couples who swap cars on/off.
i built one earlier today (infrared/DHP/loaded) and it came out to $57k! that’s $3k less than the RX at $60k which seems very expensive for an IS350. either way does anybody plan on snagging the ‘21? i really like it but i could never give up my ‘17 for it unless it had updated engines and a more updated interior than what we got.
i also agree with the memory seats not being an option or power folding mirrors if you’re paying that much money. it’s just weird how the ‘18 IS’s have memory seats in the f sport but after that it was not an option again when it should 100% be included in this price range.

I'm also not getting one. Down the road, its a possibility, especially if they add a more powerful option.
FYI - i'm not sure how accurate -
2021 Lexus IS Already Offers Up To $3,000 Discount

Even though the redesigned Lexus IS hasn't arrived just yet, we're seeing up to a $3,000 discount in some parts of the country as well as financing incentives. Based on our analysis, the car could end up being a pretty good deal when cross-shopping lease prices next to its competition. Here's what you need to know.
To start, all versions of the 2021 Lexus IS get 1.9% financing for up to 60 months. There's also a 72-month option at 2.9% APR. To put that into perspective, the 2020 IS offers 0% APR for 60 months or 1.9% for 72, plus a $1,000 financing bonus. That said, early lease incentives on the new IS can be a mixed bag.
For example, those in the Southern U.S. will see the most savings with $1,500 in factory lease cash plus a $1,500 loyalty discount. That's $3,000 in potential savings, a decent amount for an all-new car. The underlying money factor is equivalent to 1% APR, suggesting that leasing could be the best deal at this stage.
Offers in other parts of the country can differ slightly. For example, those in the Central U.S. will see $1,000 in lease cash plus a $1,000 loyalty discount. Here on the West Coast, the IS has the same $1,000 loyalty incentive but has a $500 advantage in lease cash when opting for an IS 350 over an IS 300 ($1,500 vs. $1,000).
So is the new IS a good deal? We think it's a bit too early to make that conclusion since Lexus isn't advertising featured payments just yet. That said, the offers are remarkably similar to the 2021 Acura TLX, with the same 60-month rate and up to $2,900 in savings after a $1,000 conquest bonus when switching brands.
Thinking of picking up a 2020 IS at a steep discount? You may be more than a bit too late. National listing data reveals that inventory is practically non-existent. That's unfortunate considering we're seeing up to $7,500 in available lease incentives. As a result, waiting for the next-gen car could be the best bet.
Current Lexus offers end November 2.
