I put in my VIN. My car popped right up. When I try to save the information, it won't let me do it as the person who had the lease on it before I bought it
already saved the information. Any ideas?
When i first used the app last july, i had an image. Since the Fall, image not found.
sent email to developers and was told to upgrade app. Have upgraded a couple times. Still broke. Have sent email couple more times. No response.

Agreed. it bothers me more than it should. i tried like 5 different vins and mine was the only one that says that and has the whole time.
It seems that if your car was previously owned and they were subscribed to any of the remote services, they will have to update it in their system toy reflect the new ownership. I had to call Lexus and they updated the VIN to my name and my exact vehicle comes up when I bring up the APP.
Does your Lexus app show your exact car?
