RSR down spring tire wear?

What's the tire wear situation on RSR down? I am also getting spacers? I have the GSF / RCF bushings but I heard it increases inner tire wear due to camber? I will get it aligned to factory spec after 200-300 miles

You will likely get a little camber wear as the Downs put the factory specs right at the borderline of the Camber spec range for the front and rear.
I doubt it's going to be the end of the world, and likely you will wear out the entire tire before the Camber wear becomes a factor.

I have RSR down springs and love them perfectly, I'm just going to paste a response I made to a similar question elsewhere:
I was pleasantly surprised with the ride quality.
To me, they are very slightly stiffer than the stock suspension (which I like), but not by much at all. They feel great and not much different than the stock ride feel. I've ridden in other vehicles before that used lowering springs and thought they rode like crap / were bouncy. These, on this car, are not like that at all. They feel great imo.
In many of my previous vehicles, if I lowered them, I went with full coil-overs, but after a lot of research on some lexus forums/sites, a lot of people had great things to say about these specific springs, so I figured i'd give them a shot and if I didn't like them I'd upgrade to coil-overs next, but I have zero complaints with them and no plan to change them.

I wouldn't phrase it as 'bouncy' as really the struts/shocks control the oscillation of the vehicle when you hit a bump.
But the springs put the struts/shocks in a different operating range, which makes the ride a little firmer, but when I hit a bump it doesn't keep bouncing, just one bounce.
