Which year IS 350C

Have been looking at the IS 350 C since selling my SC 430. Interested in opinions on which years and is the Premium Package worth the extra?

Unfortunately the IS350 through 2015 is really the 2nd generation IS, not the 3rd generation. You won't get any of the tech / safety features that come as part of the 3rd generation.
