Default Check Engine Light - Vacuum Leak?

So my 2016 200T has been acting weird the past few weeks and I ended up with a check engine light yesterday. The car would hesitate in the 4-5k rev range with my foot on the gas and I would hear some burbling/backfiring while I was still pressing the gas. I scanned the codes and it came back with P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1) and P1170 Fuel Performance/Port Injector. From what I was able to find online it seems like it could be a vacuum leak issue but the person who scanned the codes said it could be a injector or fuel pump problem. My car is tuned if that makes any difference.

What are some things I can check to identify the problem? What would be the most common areas that can be causing a vacuum leak on these engines?

What tune are you running and how many miles on your 200t?

From his post history it seems he has Orange Virus tune.

Anything else touched or modified on your car OP?

Lean can be a vacuum leak or poor fuel delivery. So yeah you'll have to narrow it down. Think of anything you touched physically. If you touched it, untouch it.

A lot of you modded guys will have to ask yourself is it worth it to touch the tune and other mechanical engine parts. The modest (at best) increase in power may result in running problems down the line. Just my experience in general w/ cars. Best to buy it as made at the factory, set it and forget it. Chasing down lean running problems isn't fun.

You’re correct, I’ve been on the OV tune for a couple thousand miles now. I also have an intake and downpipe. I’ve had all the same mods for atleast 3-4k miles now, if not more and I started noticing a hesitation in the throttle about 2 weeks ago until it finally threw a CEL.

I’m going to remove the intake and flash the ECU back to stock tonight in hopes that it fixes the issue.

Got those same codes. check the crank case vent line, make sure its attached to the intake pipe.

^ yeah hope it's an easy fix. first thing you can do is just check around for disconnected stuff. if nothing obvious, you may have to start putting stuff back to stock one by one and see if it fixes it. it can be hard though cause any CEL won't go out right away and it will take a while for it to come back.

I have checked all the lines and hoses multiple times and I wish it was one of those lol. I know the CEL wont go away right away but I think I should be able to tell by pedal and power feel, unless the ECU is still trying to compensate for the extra air just because of the CEL.
