Default 2016 vs 2017 f-sport

My daughter is looking at IS f-sports, saw a few 2017's non cpo, and some 2016's CPO. Price is a factor as the 17's are more money so she is narrowing in on 16's.

Is there any difference besides some plastic trim changes?

17s get the bigger nav display. More pleasing to the eyes.

The whole front grill looks way better on the 2017+. It's slightly redesigned. And you only get the 10" display if you get a navigation unit. My 2019 non navigation still has the small 7" display.

2017 gets essentially a full transplant of the GS suspension for a nicer ride.

2017 also gets Safety System + which is great for a younger driver. Here’s a link to those features:
