Default 2014 IS 250 driver hi beam issue issues

Looking for input if anybody had suggestions thank you in advance, Kind of new to the forum, but not to Lexus as they rarely brake. My IS 250 high beam seems to illuminate maybe at half power. It is defiantly dimmer also when I do use them they appear misadjusted as at night both passenger and driver side barely illuminates wider than the Low beam. It’s significant My LED Headlamps are out of basic warranty. I went to my dealership. They said my LED bulb is bad. 1600 $ parts and Labor. In the end it very well may be, but my experience with LED s are very reliable not including extreme after market builds. My 2013 RX 350 work great and for an improvement over my 06 IS250 I just sold with 200 K

ive only the car a month the hi beams were out when I bought it didn’t realize for a week. I bought it supposedly CPO from a Toyota dealership but not going to stress or waste any life energy looking for help there.

Im still reading about how they act with DLR but not quite sure yet. It seems to make no diff DLR on or off.

I just dumped our two beamers (bought new) after years of being jerked around and outright lied to. I bought the 06 IS new the only issue I ever had was at 120 k or so the O2 s. Finally but not unexpectedly failed.

Thanks in advance for any advice
Regards to all.

Ive checked H-LP, R-HP fuses.
These were factory installed.

From what I've seen LEDs are not as reliable even from a top tier maker like Lexus. Yes they are much better than some other auto makers which seem to have endless LED failures. But modern LEDs are pushed hard to get maximum brightness which tends to cause high failure rate. I'd be curious how proprietary the LED module actually is.

Another thought is the LED driver circuit is bad not the LED itself but they may be in a single module I don't know.
