Planning on getting wheels for the wife’s 2019 IS350 F Sport. Debating on the Advan GT Premuim or the Volkracing TE37 Ultra track edition2. Advans don’t make them in 19’s gloss black so I would be getting any color and just get them powder coated gloss black if we go with Advan. For the TE37 they make them in front 19x8.5 + 35 and the rears 19x9.5 +35 flat black called the blast black. Is the rear too aggressive if the car is lowered? Will the rear rub with that offset? Also I will be getting them powder coated in gloss black and pin stripe the letters white if we go with them. Tires I’m going with Michelin’s PS4 S front 235/30/19,Rears 265/30/19 We are not going to slam the car just a nice decent drop for functional not show. Thank you for any advice

If you're going with the Michelin's then rubbing is going to be an issue. They have very square sidewalls because of their wide Tread Width.
The rear is just outside of what would fit without issue.
19x9.5 +38 is the most aggressive you can go with a 265 tire (non-Michelin) and be sure not to rub.
Usually you want to get +40 or higher to be absolutely sure everything clears.
I realize from +38 to +35 it's only 3mm, but the +38 is at the borderline already.

Agreed. I'm at +38 and it's juuuust borderline safe.

What tires would be best besides the Michelin tires?

The Michelin's are good tires...but in this application i don't think it will matter what tire brand you use, there's going to be rubbing in the rear.
If you had 19x9.5 +38 in the rear, I would say to still stay away from the Michelin's and get something like a Hankook Ventus.
Or if you wanted the Michelin's to drop to a 255/30/19.
If you had a +42, then you could use the Michelin's in the 265/30/19.

Here are my choices now for the Rears Advan GT. 19x9 +35 with Michelin 265/30/19 would that work? Or 19x9 +25? Or 19x9.5 +50?

The 19x9 +35 can fit with a 265/30/19...but I wouldn't use a Michelin. You could probably use any other tire you want. Trying to take into account if you lower or load up the vehicle, the Michelins might rub... maybe.

Agreed. When trying to get fitment down to the 1-2mm, there are manufacturing tolerances that come into play that are different from car to car and more so with aftermarket parts. This will show itself when two people run identical setups, but one rubs and the other doesn't with a clearance of 1-2mm.
I have the same issue with my 19x8.5 +38 with 245/35 fronts. My lowering springs settled out on the lower end of the spectrum, so I rub on the bumper support on hard dips, but its only about a 3mm diameter issue. I'm just dealing with it until I need new tires and I'll be downsizing to 235/35.
I went with 19" +32 in the front and +38 for the rear. Offset of +32 for the rear made it stick out a little too much and the +38 for the front you will hit the brake calipers.

What did you do to fix this? Spacers for the front and camber arms for the rear? The Advan GT I’m getting they only come 19x8.5 +38 for the fronts, this won’t clear the calipers for the IS350?

I have the same fitment in the front with Rohana RC7s. It's going to depend entirely on the spoke design, it's hard to say unless you're using something that has been used before. The spoke design on the Advan GTs looks like they would clear the brakes at first glance.
I didn't use the spacer, if spacer was used then it pushed the wheels out a little more than I wanted. So I had to go with the offset of +32 for the front. Its all gonna depend on the spokes on rims.
