Moving over from the ES forum as I see more action here.

Long story short it's going on 4 weeks LFS has no paper work on my new lease.

Called corporate and they are coming down on dealer who has been unresponsive to me for 3 weeks.

Finally after yelling and screaming they tell me they can't locate my contract. And are seeking a solution but constantly blaming LFS for the mixup.


Anyone experience this? I'm disgusted I don't want the car anymore.

 

No but you should check your credit reports to be sure

Pulled a new one and nothing. Finance manger quit. Maybe he lost contract?

 

That stinks. Wonder if he just never filed it and its sitting in his old desk?
Where are you trying to purchase from?

 

Return car to dealer and say you're not making anymore payments on it since there's no contract.. contact an attorney as well

 

In Northern NJ. Been chasing the regional office in New Jersey as well. Have a bad taste in my mouth. And of course my old Lexus was picked up by the bank weeks ago so no chance in getting the back. Money I put down was on a debit card. What to do? Not getting anywhere. Dealer is unresponsive. Trying to avoid confrontation by going In. Looking to get another car from another local Lexus dealer.

 

I had a poor time at Lexus of Edison so when i found the car I wanted, I went out to Chester Springs, PA to get it. (i'm in central Jersey)

 

Do you have a copy of the lease contract? You can provide them a copy of your paperwork as a courtesy, but do not sign a new contract.
