Default Ikon (MV Tuning copy) rear diffuser

Anybody try one of these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fits-14-16-...nd!94607!US!-1

Doesn't look like it will fit very well, especially since the small extensions on either end were cut off in their copy. Just wondering if anybody has purchased and has comments on fit/finish.

What's odd is that it's not the same as the MVT, so not sure why they used pics of it on the car. The standard bumper's diffuser goes all the way around the bumper, but in the pic they're only highlighting the central black part of the MV. Would be nice to see the actual IKON unit installed, as it looks to be a decent upgrade on the 14-16s.

I've had decent fitment from other Ikon parts, but haven't seen that diffuser installed yet. It is funny how the installed pics are different than the product pic that is provided,

I just got their rear window spoiler, but it's the first I've seen of that diffuser, perhaps it's new? I sent them an email inquiry.

Response:

"Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, we dont yet have photos of this exact one installed.
The photos were sent from us from the manufacturer overseas."

Yeah 1st I've seen it too. Looks like a good option compared to their others.

I also have a roof spoiler from them, no complaints. Even came with 3M tape so didn't have to use my own.

Haven't put mine on yet, is the tape long enough to go all the way around?

No, but I cut into multiple strips and applied evenly across the back. But I should have gone further towards the side edges. It sticks up about 1/8 inch or less. Hardly worth mentioning but when I do it again I'll make sure tape is completely to the edge.

Right, I figured at least do the ends and around the corners, but then you had to cut pieces to put intermittently along the length? Can you do one long continuous piece along the top and still have some left for the bottom?

Seems like it may be a two-person job as well, to ensure it's lined up correctly. The 3M tape that came with my other spoiler is mega-strong, once it touches it ain't movin'!

Really like how this diffuser looks, might have to pull the trigger and see how it ends up. Just curious though is it just the black plastic piece that they give us or is it that whole bottom part starting from below the sharkfin reflectors on the back bumper

That's the thing, it looks like the entire rear valence (which it should be) but in the pic they only highlight part of the MV one.

By the looks of the part, its the whole thing, but the MV Tuning diffuser has two little "winglets" or extensions that go all the way under each side of the bumper and end at the wheel well and that part looks cut off in the mold they used. I'd love to see how this fits on an actual vehicle.

Definitely high on my list of options as I don't really want to cut the tips off to do dual tips just to fit the 2017+ OEM diffuser. I looked at the stillen part, but I'm not a fan of it only being attached by 3M Tape.

It looks like perhaps the "best" of the single-outlet diffusers available, as most like the Stillen are add-ons and thus stick out from the bumper, one reason why I don't like the looks of the MV. Also means your tips will be sunken in unless you adjust them.

If the Stillen uses real 3M tape I wouldn't be concerned, as that stuff is uber-strong. A guy here was re-selling his; not sure how he managed to get it off, but he did say that he also put screws into it from underneath for extra security.

Has anyone tried contacting them for clarification on whether what is included is just that black piece or if it is the entire back bumper under the sharkfin reflectors. If not I can reach out to them
