Default Autovin/Lease Return Question

I am about to return my lease and just received the vehicle condition report from AutoVIN. The gentleman that came out did a great job and was very precise and professional. My car is in great condition except for a scratch dent on the passenger door. I was worried about it and estimates from a body shop were well over $1,000. I received the report from AutoVin today (pic below). It says $55.00 for the wear and tear. In the fine print, it said that "actual repair costs may vary". Is this the same amount that Lexus will bill me for? Does anyone have any experience with the scenario? Thanks!

They will just charge whatever amount that they had to pay.

What is your buyout on car? How many miles?

The way it was explained to me was that the $55 is what they will send me a bill for. But the fine print said that it could be more. Very confusing.

My buyout is way more than the car is worth. I have almost 45k miles.

In your case I don't foresee the charge being any more than $55. That disclosure is pretty standard but is geared more toward more extensive damage where a visual inspection might not have caught any additional underlying issues.
