Hey all - curious to hear your input on this. I want to hear some more turbo noise from my 2016 IS200T. I already plan on getting an intake but my question is, is getting a turbo muffler delete going to make a significant change in sound on top of the intake? Or would it be a waste at that point? Thanks!

Feel free to throw in any video or sound clips you may have. I have yet to see a video of just the muffler delete anywhere

Turbo Muffler Delete won’t have much of an impact compared to a short ram intake like Injen or AEM. Those make the turbo sound loud as hell. There are videos of that. A turbo Muffler Delete wouldn’t be a bad idea though. Most people don’t like how loud the turbo is with an aftermarket short ram intake, but if you like super loud turbo noises then go for it.

 

I did the intake and you can hear all of that. Bpv, turbo sound, partial throttle noise.. all of that

 

I have it and cant hear a difference. But as was said the injen intake which I have is fairly loud.

 

I couldn’t tell a difference at all with the turbo muffler deete but the injen intake I installed after makes it super loud

 

Is there difference in performance with the turbo muffler delete?

I have 2019 Lexus IS 300 Im looking for the turbo diverter spacer and TMD location on engine I'm new to this and I don't want to destroy my new car if some can post picture of the location .
I just received both parts from ttimotor and hps air intake

 

did you ever get this done? Looks like it goes on driver side it's a big cylinder I believe. If anyone has it installed did you see performance improve or turbo lag get better?
