Default Front jacking point?
Is this the front jacking point? Right in the middle of the front axle? Also wow this is a tight squeeze!!

Can't see a lot on your pics, but yeah, this does look like the front crossmember which is the place to jack the front from.

Look straight down the middle from the front, there's a semi-circle/crescent on the crossmember with a hole in the middle:
