Default Ijdmtoy fog lights

I’m on my 2nd pair of these lights and am having trouble with the drivers side popping out of the bumper. I’ve tried to “bend” the plastic prongs that snap it into the bumper but it won’t stay. I’ve contacted ijdmtoy and am awaiting their response. Anyone else have this problem? I know most will say they’re junk but I like the look. Thanks

iJDMTOY has been hit or miss with me. What bulb is your fog lights? I can recommend a bulb that works fine with a lot of different cars I have installed it on.

It doesn’t have a bulb. I think it’s an LED chipset.

Maybe some kind of adhesive (I don’t know which kind) could hold the corner in place. Being plastic on plastic I’m not sure what if anything would work

Here’s the bad spot

When I received those, I turned them on for a few seconds just for giggles. They performed poorly. Which I already knew. But I gutted then and made custom fog lights by inserting Genuine Toyota parts into the housings. I threw the actual "JDM TOY" projector units straight into the garbage brand new.

I knew I’d get negative comments on the lights,I guess I was asking about what kind of adhesive to keep that one corner from popping out.

Yeah they have horrible quality. Honestly idk that there’s a good way to keep them in place besides jerryrigging something up.

You can try to use a heat gun or a hair dryer and slowly heat it up and work on refitting it back. They are mass produced in some factory so they probably just care about getting the product out instead of test fitting all of them

Thanks for the replies. I will try 3m trim adhesive. I just hope I can pop it out again when and or if the light burns out.
