Radio and also Aux / Bluetooth from iPhone* no sound is coming out. Radio button wont go to radio screen. When phone is connected music screen pulls up with song second timing and album art cover, No sound though. Any help on this?

p.s. i'm a girl and dont know much about cars- so please explain as simply as you can.

 

This is probably the amplifier, which is in the trunk of the car. It basically powers your speakers. other users have had issues with the amplifier dying on them. bring it into lexus and have it replaced if you are still covered under warranty.
