It all sounds normal to me and i have a 250.
What part of it sounds abnormal to you? During idling or revving?

From the start of the video it seems like if the vehicle is not fully warmed up as the idle is a little high. It does come down after a few revs.
It's still cold out, so the pistons will be at their smallest on cold start until they expand completely as the engine reaches operating temperature.
To hear a slight piston slap in the cold wouldn't be abnormal.
The direct injectors make such a racket I'm surprised you can hear anything else lol

I was going to say the same thing, the DI system is so loud you can't hear anything. Anyways it sounds like an engine that hasn't warmed up, nothing to worry about.

I don't have a 250, but this sounds very similar to how the engine in my 300 AWD is. I mostly hear injectors. Like Sasnuke said I'd see if the noise persists while driving around/after the car has been warmed up.

100% your DI system at work. No piston slap at all. Don't worry.

^^ Agreed. Sounds like it's a little windy out too.
