Default Looking for AWD Owners

Been in contact with BC Racing on whether if they have coilovers for the AWD models and they referenced the AWD GS coilovers but want to make sure it will fit the IS. Currently they are requesting photos of my OEM suspension with the wheels off but unfortunately its -30 here in Winnipeg and I don't want to take off my wheels in this temperature.

Could anyone post pictures of the OEM suspension for their AWD IS front and rear? Greatly appreciated.

Did they indicate what they were looking for specifically?
Hard to take the right photo if you're not sure what you're taking a photo of.

AWD GS and AWD IS share the same suspension set up.

As was rL-gT said, maybe they had a hunch that the GS and IS have the same suspension wand want a quick photo for confirmation. Maybe just a view perpendicular to the wheel hub.

I had to piece together a BC set up back in Jan 2016 for the 3IS AWD because BC never had a set.

Used the fronts shock mount from a 2IS AWD and used the rear coil set up from a 3IS RWD set.

I've now moved on from that set up to Airrex Airbags

Good news being, the BCs are fully customizable and rebuildable?

BC Racing sells all the rebuild parts individually on their website and can also be purchased at any BC Racing retailer/distributor.

Considering there aren't that many components, does that mean you can fairly mix-and-match between brands to customize them, at least to some extent?

Thanks for the info guys appreciate it. I wanted RSR at first but it's way too pricey ($ 2,600 CAD vs $ 1,400 CAD) and I was not too sure where to even get replacement parts for RSR.

I can confirm that I've also looked this up, br-32 is the correct one, it will fit and a few on here have done it. Depending on who you talk to with BC, some know right away, and some claim they don't sell any that fit the 3g IS, but br-32 is the one. Josh can order you a set as he knows the correct ones to order.

So although we might have different springs and shocks, the actual mounts and everything in the IS AWD are identical to the GS AWD? Are the RWD suspensions likewise identical between IS/GS?

Kind of begs the question -- why doesn't the company put that in the specs, that it's compatible? Could only help their sales, and end the hassles of us trying to find product and making endless inquiries, not to mention getting different answers when we do.

Not sure about RWD, but regarding compatibility, makes sense since most manufacturers just pull parts across platforms from a parts bin to lower costs. Same as our interior dash is near identical to several others, and we just discovered the LCA bushings for the RC are the same. Flash also tested the RC axle-back (he wanted the quad tip Tanabe that's only listed for RCxxx) and found it was a direct bolt on replacement to 2017+ ISxxx. I think this forum will probably start unearthing more compatible items to help us out as these cars start getting cheaper used (and off of warranty and leases), and I hate to say, more "tuner" friendly because of it. BC used to have these listed/buried deep in their coilovers, but for whatever reason, they now only have it listed under the GS.
