Short term storage
If its just going away for the winter, put it on a charger and leave it. Starting it will cause more harm than good. You likely won't get it up to operating temp, so you'll probably end up with a lot of moisture buildup.
What I do for my s2000 is I have the wheels up on some 2x4s to get them off of the concrete. I disconnect the battery and put it on a tender when needed.
I would not bother starting it in the winter, unless if you plan on running it for 20-30 minutes at a time and actually cycling the motor properly, otherwise you'll risk moisture buildup which will cause far more harm than good.
I also make sure I have a fuel tank of fuel and run Fuel Stabil in it for about 5-10 minutes. then I put the car in gear (not in neutral) and leave the handbrake unengaged.
I lastly put some cloth in the exhaust tips and put a car cover on it and pretty much call it a day. I do similar for my bikes and the lady's bike as well - with the addition of having fresh fluids.
Edit: typos, fixed.

It’s just a couple of months so clean it and put it on a tender. I have a MKiV Supra in storage for over 3 years now, it’s on stands to get the tire off the ground, battery tender, fuel stabilize in the tank, and car cover on. Start it once a year for 10min to get it to operating temp and shift through the gears or device it for 5 mins.
yeah honestly these aren't exotics. i'd just let it sit as is. at most, disconnect the battery if you're worried about the car trying to eat the pixies out of the battery. but i think the car does go to sleep.
maybe put the battery inside the house or something. your concern is the battery, not really the car.
