Got a bluetooth OBDII reader and it has a data recording function.
Did this run in sport mode, automatic shifting, with a quarter tank of gas, about 70 degrees F outside:
If I had TRAC and VSC off, and was manual shifting I could probably shave a little off that time. Only performance mods I have is the AEM Intake, custom midpipe, and invidia axelback. Pretty stoked to have beaten the Lexus posted time (0-60 in 7.9s) by 1/3 of a second, possible even .5 or .75 of a second if i do what I mentioned above.
Feel free to post your times! I haven't seen a thread like this for the 3IS. Especially the 250's but i'm curious as to see the times of others!
Yeah it should work, youll buy the RRRacing handheld tuner and theyll send you a tune file after you provide your VIN to make sure you get the right one.
