If those are the 17X8 you should be fine.
The bolt pattern and hub size are the same for 2IS and 3IS.
Considering I have a 2IS 17" set of wheels on mine, you should be fine...although the rims I have a slightly different design of the face, but it's almost the same.

Well dang, I need to start scouring ebay for 2IS 17" wheels. Will save me a ton on winter tires

Use the same size tires as factory, unless the tires you want are only in a slightly larger size. You can do 225/35 with 255/30 or 235/35 with 265/30.
