The parking brake pedal was tricky. I saw one member who cut out the center rubber **** and then drilled a hole into it. He then attached a nut and bolt to it. I tried this method and it didn't work for me.
I ended up cutting out the inner edges of the new pedal and used gorilla clue to attach it to the original rubber pedal, and this has held up well.

 

I figured I'd end up having to use my 30lb gorilla tape, will see first hand when I get it. thx

Is there a thread with that bolt on work around?, gorilla tape did not work out.

 

Don't use tape to attache it, try using super glue. That's what I did, and it's been fine. The bolt work around was in a member's build thread. I'm sorry, I don't remember who.

That would require a two part epoxy to hold well.

 

I only used super glue to attache the 2 pedals together. You can try the screw method if you like.

 

I ended up just gluing the dead foot rest with construction adhesive, it's going nowhere. For the parking break I removed the existing rubber cover and bolted on the f sport pedal and used a little of the construction adhesive to prevent it from twisting around.
