Default Wheel fitment help?

Always on the hunt for better wheel specs... Sasnuke if you see this, sorry! Thanks to everyone who has helped along the way. Almost where I want to be.

Decided to stay staggered (easier), and have these 2-3 options. Sticking with 18s to retain current comfort & performance as much as possible. Rear wheel specs are decided, just struggling with the front Planning 235 tire in front, and either stay 255 or go 265 at the rear. Used willtheyfit.com to help out.

Rear: 18x9.5+40
Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 2.7mm closer to the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 22.7mm more than before.

Front Options:
Option 1:
18x8.5 +39
Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 0.3mm closer to the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 12.4mm more than before.

Option 2:
18x9.0 +28
Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 4.3mm further away from the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 29.7mm more than before. I realize 9.0 is pushing it with a 235 tire, but Ive seen some pictures that look ok? If not, please tell me otherwise, not going for a stretched look at all.

^Existing wheel is stock OEM spec.
I was hoping to find a front wheel spec that poked out 22.7mm more to equal the rear wheel poke out to keep things even if that makes any sense? Want to retain current handling characteristics as much as possible, or improve. My understanding of wheel and suspension geometry is ****, apologies.

Gonna throw in a random 3rd option jus so I dont repost later.
Front: 19x8.5 +40
Rear: 19x9.0 +35
Havent a clue how this would work since im used to seeing the offsets lower in the front. Would this NOT be recommended? Not available in 18s though... Mainly just curious.

Questions:
1. Which option is better to look flush? Im afraid 18x9.0 +28 will poke beyond the fenders, which is something I don't want. Or am I just going to have to test fit?
2. At this point, I'm looking at lowering on H-techs or Half-Downs to get the look I want. Want to get wheels and get lowered at the same time.

Pictures to help with what fitment I'm going for. And no, these are not the rims Im looking at.

Wheels and Tires not to extend beyond this.

This is as low as I'd ever want to go. I like the gap.

Thanks!
