I’m in Michigan and winters are no problem for me with my AWD lowered on downs.

I hear you, they could be super downs. Maybe the wrong springs where put in the downs box or who knows what. I do know i asked for downs only because of the possible issues everyone else is concerned about. That being said, if they are super downs I've had minimal problems with clearance, not to mention my vehicle is a four season ride and snow has never been a problem so-far {over 2 years}. Only way to get a closer idea is to have someone take measurements as I've done on a stock height IS350 and compare them to what mine sets at.

What brand of coilovers do you guys recommend for AWD models if I want a ride as close to stock as possible? I wanted to buy Tein Street Advance, but it seems like they only make versions for RWD cars.

The majority of all 3IS models in Canada where I am are AWD.

those are downs and these are super downs on AWD.

I wouldn't go SuperDowns without aftermarket shocks .. and there really aren't any aftermarket shocks ..
