I am relocating my radar detector off the windshield. Any recommendations for double stick tape that wont hurt the dash? 2015 IS350 F-Sport

that's just going to melt in the heat and come flying at you at the worst possible moment.

 

I have decided against using anything because I'd rather not take a chance in staining the dash. Bye bye radar detector. It's pretty much useless now-a-days anyway because of the constant false alarms due to blind spot monitors and radar cruise.

 

 

It's at least 5 years old but I don't remember what kind.

 

 

Haha, my radar detector is everyone in front of me speeding.

 

My radar detector and the people in front of me are my ultimate protection.

 

I love love love having a detector. Saved me more times than I can count. In the end, if it saves you from 1 ticket, it's paid itself off.

 

Lol everyone says this about having a radar detector and it's SO true. I've been saved at least 3 times in the past 2 months which is like $700 worth of saves.

 

Another option if you wish is to look into the rearview mirror mounts. I had one for my V1 a couple of years back before I got rid of it all since I just cruise in my car nowadays.
