2018 IS F-Sport puddle light problems

Hey guys. I just got an IS 300 F Sport and i noticed it has a puddle light on the aide mirrors but they dont light up. Is there a switch inside the car or what do i have to do to make it turn on?

The lights only come on when the car is locked and you approach the car. They also come on if you unlocked the car but can't remember if this is true.

Yup as you approach the car and/or when you unlock it.

Yea u guys ate right. It comes on when u approach the car and when u unlock it. I didnt notice at first because there was still a little light outside and the puddle light isnt too bright
