Curb rash fixup

the front wheel on my IS350 has curb rash for most of the outer lip. Do you all think this can be repaired or should I be looking for a new wheel instead? I dont see any used 18x8 wheels on ebay. Thanks.

Thanks. Do you happen to know the name of the color for my wheels? I am not sure if its regular silver or grey or something else.

I believe the color is called Hyper Silver.

Lexus actually calls it liquid graphite. I checked my window sticker for this. But that doesnt make sense as the liquid graphite color is too dark and the wheels are not so much. Anyway, I will go to a auto parts store and try to find matching one instead. Thanks guys.
