A/C Leak From Under Dash
Looks like the drain is plugged and the water is filling the evaporator box, and then overflowing into the interior.
The question is, why is the drain being plugged.
If it was a design flaw, we'd all have the same issue.
I've seen spider webs that have plugged a drain enough to cause this...as unbelievable as that sounds.
Once the 'why' is answered, the problem should be fixed.
Of course if this is visit #6 for the exact same problem, I'd be having a discussion with the service manager.

The one drain port is in the bottom center of the HVAC box, basically right over the middle of the tranny tunnel, behind the dash. The drain hose attached to the port comes out by the passenger front tire.
I purchased this car certified pre own a year ago. Everything worked ok but then the A/C stop being cold on the passenger side. It was always hot. After 4 visits it still had temp control problems. On the 5th visit I had a loaner for almost 3 weeks while Lexus brought in an engineer to work on it. They had the dash apart to change all of the valves and temp controls.
i have an appointment this Saturday. See what happens.

it’s a spider nest. The drip tube is 1/4 in diameter and it gets clogged by a spider nest. Layers of webbing/nest. Pull the tube, blow it out with air blower and now the water can drip. It’s called drip tube water intrusion.
I was just saying you’re just assuming that’s what it is but it could be something else causing the blockage.
Agreed, and since the subject vehicle of the thread has had the HVAC system worked on extensively, it's possible the hose just fell off (cause someone didn't put it back on properly, or it came loose during reinstallation of the HVAC box), and now the water is draining inside the car.
I prefer to start with the simple possibilities and work upwards from there.
The spider web scenario, in reality, can happen to any car.
