I got my Xpel Ultimate at www.stickercity.com in Van Nuys, CA and there's a tint shop right across the street as well so you can bang out both in 1 day,
So Cal is a big place. DM me and I can get you pointed in the right direction for a clear bra.
We're running a special for Club Lexus members right now where we will cover the cost of the optional service agreement that guarantees against paint damage when having 3M Pro Series installed. Details here.

Looks good from far away, but the problem is these films often yellow requiring reapplication every year or every other year. It's actually just cheaper to have the hood resprayed if it comes to that. I drive pretty aggressively and my paint looks factory new, except for a small stone chip here or there (i think i have one tiny one on the hood and one on the lower bumper), i simply fill them with Lexus touch up paint for a "quick fix.". Here i am two years later with a mirror finish. Just my 2 cents! If it's worth it to you, go for it

Xpel is actually warrantied for 10 Years against yellowing and even when you get up close you literally cannot see it. As long as I get 7 years minimum without any yellowing I’ll be fine, but here is the beautiful thing. If you apply a sealant (I use Jet Seal from Chemical Guys) at the same interval as you do the rest of your car (I do once a year) it should never yellow.
Had xpel ppf on my wrx for 2 years and did about 40k miles. Parked outside 24/7 and never had it go yellow or had to reapply. Looked as good as it did on day one.

Yeah I think he is just out of date on his info because it USED to be back in the days before they improved PPF technology and added an additional protective layer to protect from yellowing and UV, the PPF did indeed used to yellow. A while back all the brands (Xpel, Suntek, Llumar, and 3M) added a 10 warranty against yellowing because of this.
