Welcome to the forums! It depends entirely on what you're looking for. I have RSR Down springs in my 2016 IS350 and they are the same springs that I had in my 2014 IS250. It's not an insane drop. RSR Super Downs are lower. I can only say that the ride quality with the RSR Downs in the F-Sport is not compromised. This is my current IS, which I like very much, on RSR Downs and 19' INDIVID Context wheels.
