Is it hard to install? Does it just snap on top of the oem start up module? Thanks.

The hardest part is being careful to not break any of the small tabs that keep everything together. If I remember correctly, it comes apart in 2 or 3 phases before you can replace the top part. From start to finish, it shouldn't take you more than 30 min to do it.

O...same installation as the TRD....it shouldnt be an issue then. There's a youtube video for that. Thanks for the link though. I just place the order hope to get it within a week or two.

I believe the TRD one is the whole assembly. What I and others bought was just a cap for the starter button.
