Currently leasing a 2017 300 F sport AWD (only 2 months old). I know that more than likely, the OEM Bridgestones will have to be replaced 1-1.5 years from now. I don't plan on keeping the car after the lease as I want to upgrade to a GS F sport or maybe a GS-F. What are some good tire suggestions that won't break the bank? I know of the best tires, Michelin and Conti but I don't feel like spending top dollar for tires if I plan on giving the car back.

Sumitomo HTR A/S P02 is a decent set. I currently have them on my GS and they ride pretty well.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm not planning on keeping my IS after the lease ends. I ended up getting some used, driven once, DWS 06s on ebay. I don't think I paid more than $150 a pair for the fronts. It still has plenty of tread on it. I didn't want to throw a lot of money at a car I'm not going to keep.

Tire rack and sort by price. Pick the cheapest that doesn’t scare you.

I like how the General g-max as-05 looks, I asked a tire shop to do the install which they would but then went on to bash how bad General tire is; clearly these people do not know how bad the OEM Bridgestones are.

China made tires will be fine if you don't mind about noise or handling ! just don't do 120km + 60miles+

Just got the G-Max AS-05’s mounted and balanced. The car feels so much different; steering is much more responsive, grip is phenomenal, and wet traction is 100% better than OEM. Mileage also increased by 1.5 mpg. I got all 4 for around $570 before a $75 President’s Day rebate from Discount tire.

I’ve had a set of those and both front tires developed sidewall separation (bubbles). Plus they have atrocious wet grip. I would stay away from these.
