Question I scare my car

2017 f Sport.
On more than one occasion I have seen a message saying 'Please take a rest' and showing a cup of coffee.
This usually happens while I'm fumbling around with the infotainment mouse or doing something else that sort of distracts me. I guess jiggling around in the lane (or sort of out of the lane) causes this message to appear.
I've done a search on the owner's manual .pdf and can't find this message in there.
Anyone else out there willing to admit to seeing this message ?

Yes, the lane assist will trigger this message, whether you let go of the wheel for extended periods of time or just run the car over the lanes, swerwing from one side to the other.

Pretty sure you can disable this in the settings. I remember seeing it in a loaner RX350.

There is also simply a timer for the message as well.

Pressing the up arrow on the steering wheel makes it go away.

Sounds like the message is doing what its supposed to be doing... bringing his attention back to the road...
I don't think OP should be turning it off.

I agree!!!! if this message is coming up often, reevaluation of driving habits should be considered lol

It also gets triggered by things such as changing lanes when you don't use your blinker - it assumes you unintentionally drifted over and you need a break.
