I haven't ordered them but install really isn't too bad. You pull the mirror apart and take a couple screws out and your in there. I opened up my mirrors just to swap the bulbs to LED took me 10 minutes or so each side with no ones assistance.

I am assuming they are plug and play. So once your in the mirror that's it.
