Default Where do you guys mount your phones?

I had originally started with a cd tray mount, but that was finicky. Now I am using a vent mount but I don’t like how it blocks the vent.

I was thinking about getting a mount that could mount on the dash somewhere but there’s not a great spot. May also be able to mount somewhere lower where the seat air control is.

Wheres the most convenient place you guys have found? Any recommended mounts?

I have a windshield tint so I don’t want a suction cup windshield mount so I don’t damage it.

Suction cup isn't as strong as good tint so Im sure it wont affect it unless you poppin it off and on upon every entry/exit of the vehicle. I have the magnet mount in the vent. Not a fan of it blocking the vent either but luckily there's 2. Just close off the blocked one.

CD tray mount that's magnetic, 9/10 would recommend.
Only con is when the phone is attached, its a little bit hard to turn on/off the AC but thats not a big deal.

I've had great success with the Scosche MAGCD2. It hasn't vibrated out like the cheaper one I tried first.

I have a power cable running under the center column and comes out right below the mount. Hope this helps...
