Default How do I remove the lower rear bumper?

I'm trying to install my rear diffuser. I've removed all the plastic pop fasteners and the 2 screws on the sides, and "unhooked" the back edge, but there seems to be something behind the reflectors holding on to it. Do I have to remove the reflectors to remove this piece??

bumper has to come off to remove it
There is a screw behind the Red reflector that has to come off.
You cannot get the Red reflector off unless you pull the bumper off, Screws from behind holding it in place
