Default Removing Front/Rear Bumper

I previously owned a Honda, and it was very simple.

Now with the 3IS, I have no idea where to start.

Anyone here removed their rear bumper yet? Thanks.

Kinda curious also because those Seibon rear diffusers look sexy. Saving up for one of them and might just install myself if it isn't too difficult.

For the front:
remove the pop up pins by pushing them in and removing them from the cowl in the engine bay
remove the screw pins underneath the car where the tray meets the bumper
remove the screw and push pins from wheel well
Remove the headlights and theres one hidden plastic screw connecting to the fender ( I left this off to ease in future removal)

I haven't had time to remove the rear but looks to be the same process.
