I thought it was to adjust the xenon headlights but I've turned it around and it doesn't do anything.

Do you know what it is for?

It is the gear marked in green. The zone marked in red is for adjust xenon headlights up and down, it isn't??

according to the picture above it, it's for adjusting left/right. but I know a lot of manufactures put a dummy cap over it so to not let people adjust away from what the factory did.

 

Thank you. I have turned on both sides and have not appreciated horizontal movement in the lights.
