Default Another Interior light question - Need help

I just recently purchased a 2017 IS300 F-sport but the lack of ambient lighting on the floor really bothers me. I've looked around this forum and amazon but cant seem to find a solution that doesn't involve wiring into cigarette outlet or usb. Does anyone have experience hard wiring LED light strips in 2017 models?

Just for some ambient foot lighting while driving? My 14' has foot lights when the door is open but are off during driving. If you want to do some additional lighting say some that comes on with the ignition this is easy. Purchase an Add-A-Fuse circuit from Amazon and you can pull a fuse from your fuse box replace with add-a-fuse and then wire some leds to the other side of the add-a-fuse circuit.

1. This allows you to easily pick and chose your power source
2. No cutting/splicing or plugging into a stock harness
3. You put a fuse between your added electronics and your car. Preventing your aftermarket items from possibly damaging the vehicle4
4. It's so cheap and easy, you'll spend more time running the wires to the rear floor area then you will working on anything else

Here's a good generic video.

My goal is to have ambient lighting while driving. Is there a way I can keep them on?

If you tap into a fuse that is constant on while driving, it should remain on while driving. maybe an acc fuse?

I'd like to have the foot-wells light up while im driving as well. I'm sure if I take this request to a shop that specializes in electronics would know how to?
