275 is too wide 265 might work but 255 is probably better because of the offset. The tire will have a slight stretch. My first set of wheels were
front 19x8.5 offset 30. 235/35/19
rear 19x9.5 offset 40. 265/30/19

^^+1...since you have 245/30 in front, you've committed the back to being 275/30, or something comparable in that diameter.
Unfortunately you will have to replace all 4 tires.
235/35 and 265/30 are your best bet.
Next step down in size is 225/35 and 255/30...which will match closely with the stock F Sport diameter wheels.

Is your car lowered? I run 275 in the back and have never rubbed that I know of in the back. I never have a loaded car though. I'm on half downs.

235/35 and 265/30 have the same rolling diameter for the purposes of the AWD.
The +45 will clear the fender for sure with the 265.
Although you never said where it was rubbing...

If you go to tirerack.com you can view available tires in that size and then see the tire specs for the tire.
Look at the Tread Width and try to select one that has the smallest Tread width.
Even though all 265/30/19's are supposed to be the same, there is a variance from manufacturer to manufacturer.
A tire that is less square (or more rounded, however you want to look at it), will have a smaller Tread Width.
This will give you a little more clearance and piece of mind.
Example below...ignore the actual number as that is a 20 inch rim...I had that pic saved for something else...can't remember what though.

Use the Tire Calculator to compare sizes and click on Tire Comparison.

They have the same rolling diameter. The only concern is with the 35 sidewall on the rear. It makes the tire taller than a 275/30/19.
Doodlebug above has the same size/offset rim on the rear and he claims no rubbing with a 275/30/19 with RSR Half Downs...but also never has a full vehicle.
If he would let you test fit them, that would be the only way to tell. It's gonna be close.

There's a few people with 10 inch rims on the rear.
If you do lower the car, you would have to be careful by how much.
And hopefully you never fill the back seat with adults...
