E46CT agree with you, to each their own...I can pretty much appreciate anything. I do believe in moderation though "tuner parts" can definitely be tastefully done.

I can say in my years I am glad I have never had a cop say pop your hood....and every vehicle I have owned has been "flashy" lol! I know my husband has been stopped for that before, but the cop was genuinely interested in looking at his imported Soarer

Some don't take a conservative approach. While the aem/injen might be pricey or noisy etc.. i still enjoy car meets popping the hood, really enjoy the sound and extra power up top! Ill be happy to note that there's no oiling needed with the AEM CAI yay

Nice pic! what about the power gain or the responsive with the AEM? is as loud as the BMS? This AEM will be almost the same as the Inejn in performance speaking?

It's much louder than the BMS. The cone filter on aem is huge much bigger than the bms, any bigger and it wouldn't fit under the hood. I'd say it's very responsive! I bought the aem because of the small details like how well insulated it is

Any open cone filter on this motor will give you that loud turbo sound, that's why i am using the stock airbox.

did you run any dyno before and after installing the AEM CAI?

I haven't ran a dyno with the new intake yet. I plan on getting it done when I have time. I would expect much better numbers! It's funny I want even more turbo sound I can nearly hear the turbo over my straight pipe exhaust
